GENERAL

✦ Basics: You must be 18 or older to commission me. Payments are via PayPal invoice, and I start work once full payment is sent. All commissions are digital and drawn, animated, or rigged in my unique style.

✦ I own all art and project files and reserve the right to share my work publicly for my portfolio. If you prefer privacy, a privacy fee applies (details below).

✦ I'll send WIPs! You'll get 2 rounds of minor revisions during early stages and 1 minor tweak on the final piece (VTuber models have specific limits). Extra revisions may cost more.

✦ I may decline any commission if it makes me uncomfortable or if I'm not confident I can deliver my best work. I might also decline if it requires replicating another artist's specific style.

✦ Please read these terms thoroughly to avoid misunderstandings. Timely communication and providing clear references/assets are crucial; delays from your end might extend timelines.

✦ I'm open to reviewing and signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as required by your company for specific projects. Please provide these early in our discussion.

✦ Download and save your commission right away! I usually clear out project files 30 days after delivery to save space.

✦ I'm not responsible for delays caused by things out of my control (e.g., natural disasters, illness). These terms may update without notice.

Vtuber Models

✦ Commercial Use: Included! VTuber models are automatically priced for commercial use, so you're welcome to stream and monetize content with your model.

✦ Expect over 1 month for completion.

✦ You get 3 edits in the sketch phase and 1-2 minor tweaks on the final model.

✦ An extra service fee might apply (noted on invoice). Pay within 48 hours of invoice. Files sent once fully paid.

✦ We can discuss adding more features later via email.

✦ Crucial Credit! Please, PLEASE CREDIT ME AS THE ARTIST/RIGGER! It's super helpful if you place this credit somewhere easy to find, like in your social media bios, channel description, or website.

NSFW Commissions

✦ You must be 18 or older.

✦ I do accept NSFW but may decline anything uncomfortable or inappropriate (e.g., depicting minors, hate speech, extreme gore). Specific boundaries discussed upfront.

✦ Privacy: Subject to the 20% privacy fee.

Privacy Fees

✦ A 20% privacy fee applies if you want your commission kept private (including all NSFW projects).

With this fee, I won't stream WIPs or post publicly before your debut. I'll keep you updated exclusively.

✦ You can share WIPs with credit. After your debut, I might share a showcase video unless otherwise agreed for continued privacy.

Refund & Chargeback Policy

✦ Once begun, non-refundable.

✦ Please be committed to avoid complications and PayPal fees.

✦ Filing a chargeback forfeits all rights to the work. You'll be blacklisted from future commissions, and other artists and riggers will be informed to prevent further issues.
